This new relationship gives customers valuable insights to improve chatbot performance and extract greater value from their Dialogflow virtual agent.

June 20, 2023 — Wysdom, experts in bot management software and solutions, announces the availability of the Wysdom Operations Center on Google Cloud Marketplace, to equip chatbot teams with deep conversation insights to boost the performance of their virtual agent.

One of the biggest challenges facing chatbot teams is the ability to know how well their virtual agent is automating conversations and meeting their customer’s expectations. With the Operations Center, analyzing conversation data is no longer the work of data specialists, instead anyone on the chatbot team can have direct access to conversation data, and capitalize on the rich insights captured by the Dialogflow platform. 

Google Cloud Marketplace lets users quickly deploy functional software packages that run on Google Cloud. Google Cloud Marketplace allows customers to easily start up a familiar software package with services like Compute Engine or Cloud Storage, with no manual configuration required.

Operations Center and Dialogflow together give chatbot teams unprecedented tools to evaluate and improve bot performance. 

  • Know how your bot is performing with the Bot Automation Score and the Bot Experience Score: Provides chatbot team members with standardized metrics to evaluate overall performance. 
  • Pinpoint where your bot is struggling with performance metrics based on contact reason: Measures bot automation, customer satisfaction, agent experience according to AI-based contact reasons, to facilitate swift, corrective action 
  • Accelerate intent discovery with AI: Identifies messages that don’t match existing intents, and pairs them with existing intents for NLU training opportunities, or produces a list so new ones can be created;
  • Improve performance using actual conversation data: Summarizes transcripts to make it easy to review customer interactions and learn why and how customers actually engage with your virtual agent;
  • Benchmark performance against other Dialogflow customers
