Veteran SaaS sales executive David Trotter joins Wysdom to drive growth of unique chatbot analytics platform

April 11, 2022 (Toronto, ON) – Wysdom, the world’s leading chatbot management company for enterprise clients, is pleased to announce that it has appointed David Trotter as SVP of Sales and Marketing. David’s appointment strengthens Wysdom’s management team and prepares the company for rapid growth. 

David joins Wysdom at a key point in its growth, as the organization drives the design, build and operation of smarter virtual agents and chatbots globally across every industry with Wysdom’s Operation Center suite; proprietary virtual agent analytics that works with any VA platform. He brings over 30 years of sales management experience at SaaS, technology and high-growth firms. 

Previously, David was Vice President, Sales & Partner Development at ScalePad where he was responsible for overall sales organization performance, the profitable achievement of sales goals, and for aligning sales objectives with business strategy. His other roles have included senior appointments at GE Capital, Absolute Software and Clevest. 

David says “Virtual agents represent a huge growth opportunity as businesses look to maximize the time their human agents spend with high-value clients on key tasks. My ambition is to drive Wysdom’s growth forward as all companies see the value and benefit of automation.”
