What is a Wysdom.AI AI Conversation Designer?
Behind every amazing AI-based solution is a team of really smart people, with a passion for helping our clients deliver an amazing customer experience. Your core role will be to train the Wysdom.AI solutions and drive the success of our client’s virtual assistant deployment.
Our clients are some of the top brands in the world. You will get a chance to be a part of how these companies are transforming their customer care operations into world-class digital experiences.
But what will I actually be doing?
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building conversational flows for Wysdom.AI’s Virtual Assistant, as well as building prototypes for future projects. You will be reviewing customer interactions within our Virtual Assistants and make them even better. In addition, you will continuously enhance the performance of our solution by updating content, improving conversational flows, and building technical solutions.
Typical day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Create, maintain, troubleshoot world-class conversational flows for the Wysdom Virtual Assistant
- Train the Wysdom.AI’s AI solution to be smarter everyday
- Create, review, and edit conversations and content to enhance customer experience
- Proactively identify issues, recommend solutions, and provide tailored technical solutions
- Maintain the quality and style of communications from Wysdom.AI across all clients
- Write training and support materials

- University degree (English, Journalism with coding experience preferred).
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
