On Friday, June 17, 2022, more than 80 virtual agent experts gathered in Toronto for Wysdom Optimyze: A Conversational AI summit. Hosted at the Arta Gallery in Toronto’s historic Distillery District, Wysdom Optimyze was a full day of chatbot management sessions, panel discussions, team building and a boat cruise to finish the day.
With such a high level of both human and AI brainpower, here are our biggest takeaways from the summit:
